What is Our Loan Process?

We guide you from application and approval through to settlement, ensuring everything runs smoothly. With expert support and tailored solutions, we help you secure the right loan and move forward with confidence.
Step 1: Understanding Your Objectives and Needs
We start by learning what you want to achieve—buying a home, refinancing, investing, or getting a car loan. As a responsible finance broker, we assess your financial situation to find a loan that fits your needs. We also take reasonable steps to verify your financial position and commitments to ensure that the loan options we present are suitable for you.
Step2: Exploring Loan Options and understanding borrowing power
Once your financial situation and commitments are verified, we compare a wide range of loan products from different lenders to match your needs and objectives. We analyse features, interest rates, and terms to recommend a loan product that is suitable for you now and in the future.
Step 3: Credit Proposal
Once you have decided on the lender and product, we will prepare a credit proposal for your review and signature.
Step 4: Application lodgement
Once your application has been submitted, the lender will begin their assessment process. This involves reviewing your financial details, verifying documents, and conducting necessary checks, such as credit and eligibility assessments.
Step 5 a: Conditional approval
If we applied for a pre-approval, your loan application is conditionally approved at this stage until you find a property to buy. Even if it is not a pre-approval the lender may be issues a conditional approval that states, “your loan approved if you provide us abc document.
Step 5 b: Full approval
At this stage your loan is formally approved.
Step 5 c: Loan documents and Settlement
Once your loan is formally approved, the lender will issue loan documents for you to review and sign. These documents outline the final loan terms, including repayment details, interest rates, and any conditions. After signing, the lender will verify the documents and proceed with settlement. During settlement, funds are transferred to complete the purchase, and legal ownership of the property is finalized. We guide you through this process, ensuring everything is handled efficiently so you can move forward with confidence.
